COURSE DESCRIPTION:
QC Story is a tool in order to solve problems in a structured methodology namely Plan-Do-Check and Act principle. The course is for explaining the each step to understand how to better breakdown of a problem, understand, resolve and capitalize.
Participants will increase their analysing capacity and it will contribute to improve PDCA culture in the company.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN

✔Analysing the current status and setting objectives.
✔Analyzing the data thus collected to identify root causes.
✔Establishing countermeasures based on the data analysis.
✔Implementing countermeasures.

✔Confirming the effects of the countermeasures.
✔Establishing or revising the standards to prevent recurrence.
✔Reviewing the above processes and working on the next steps.
